Australian Migration & Visa Lawyers (AMVL) is a professional and ethical organisation that was established to provide prompt and professional assistance to people throughout the world who wish to migrate to Australia.
In January 2005 Australian Immigration Law Specialists and Australian Migrations; both highly regarded Migration Agencies; merged to become Australian Migration & Visa Lawyers. Since 2005 we have grown from seven employees to 35 employees, with offices in Brisbane, Ireland, UK, Singapore and Malaysia.
Our team is made up of Lawyers, Registered Migration Agents (RMA), and Special Consultants, who can help explain your migration options, the visa application process and recommend the best path to suit your personal circumstances, whether you are a skilled professional, tradesperson, business owner, student, family member or simply a holiday maker. We aim to simplify what can often be a long and daunting process, by providing step by step instructions which are tailored to each client.
Every member of our team has a commitment to the MARA Code of Conduct. The Mara Code of Conduct sets out in detail the professional and ethical standards required by Registered Migration Agents and their employees. Membership of MARA is compulsory for all practising Australian Migration Agents.
We are also members of the MIA, a body of Registered Migration Agents who aspire to the highest level of ethics and participate in all matters to do with the Migration Industry in Australia.
Because most of our professional staff are also lawyers we have the added advantage of being highly trained in migration legal matters, without the normal cost associated with engaging a legal team.
