Byron became a Managing Director of AMVL – Australian Visa Specialists in partnership with Ben Willis in January 2005. Prior to this she was sole director and owner of a small boutique migration firm, and she uses this knowledge and experience in her role at AMVL. She has been a registered migration agent since 2001 and has been an admitted solicitor since 2000.

Byron specialises in most visa categories and manages the Student, Skilled and Family streams.

She completed an Arts degree at the University of Queensland, before moving on to a Bachelor of Laws at QUT (externally). Byron gained employment with Groom & Lavers - a law firm in Toowoomba - while completing her degree, and gained experience in various areas of legal practice.

		Client Liaison Officer / Office Manager Commissioner for Declarations
		Christel joined AMVL in 2005 and has put her organisational and managerial skills to good use, keeping the AMVL office running smoothly. Christel has also become very knowledgeable in the area of Family Migration and assists Byron Pugh with Parent and Spouse Visas. She will be undertaking her Graduate Diploma in Migration Law in the near future.

		Jo Reinke
		Client Liaison Officer
		Jo recently joined the AMVL team and is working closely in both Family Migration and Business Visa Teams. Jo has joined AMVL after a working within the Recruitment and Construction fields for the last 10 years. Jo is also the company’s Workplace Health and Safety Officer.
